FEES AND DURATION
Initial Consultation – CHF 50, duration of 60 minutes.
Standard Individual Session – CHF 100 per session, duration of 60 minutes.
Standard Couple Session – CHF 120 per session, duration of 60 minutes.
Reduced fee sessions – Available for people in financial difficulty.
FREQUENCY AND DURATION
Sessions normally take place on an initial weekly or two weekly basis, with less frequent sessions towards the end of counselling. The frequency and expected duration of counselling can be discussed during the initial session as part of a broader discussion of the most appropriate form of help.
INVOICE AND PAYMENT
Sessions are invoiced on a monthly basis with payment by bank transfer. The cost of counselling is a personal expense not covered by Swiss health insurance.
CANCELLATION
Sessions may be cancelled because of illness or unexpected events without charge up to 24 hours before the start of the session. Non-attended sessions or sessions cancelled after this 24 hour limit will be charged at the normal rate.
ETHICAL GUIDELINES
Sessions are conducted under the ethical guidelines of the Swiss Association for Counselling (SGfB). Sessions are confidential and no information will be shared with third parties except at your request supported by your written permission.
